Richard Hitt since 2014. Victoria is passionate about helping people and is committed to providing personalized client support. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Parents and Children Advance Together and Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce. Victoria has been in Kiwanis for almost 20 years and has served as president, lieutenant governor, and various leadership positions on the state level. She lives in Seminole with her husband John and three children.

Shannon Turner is Office Manager at Generations of Trust. Born and raised in Hendersonville, North Carolina, she previously worked as a bank supervisor and as operations coordinator for Monster Jam at Feld Entertainment. Shannon has taken specialized coursework in estate planning and probate to enhance her skills. She says, 'I love my job and enjoy the work that I do. It's the most favorite job that I have had.'

Maureen Rulison, BCPA, CMP, brings specialized knowledge in Florida Medicaid planning and asset protection. As founder of Caregiver Support and Resources, LLC (established 2004), she has worked extensively with Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services in Medicaid for Aged and Disabled Individuals. Maureen's approach focuses on protecting assets, preserving dignity, and ensuring access to the care people deserve.
